The STRIVE Young Professionals Network is an engaged community dedicated to facilitating greater awareness about STRIVE and our commitment to ending systemic generational poverty through equitable access to career opportunities.
STRIVE’s purpose is to ensure that everyone can achieve upward mobility and financial empowerment for themselves and their families.

For nearly 40 years STRIVE has been creating pathways to economic mobility for those caught in the cycle of systemic poverty.
Opportunity gaps continue to plague the Black and Brown communities we serve. Many of the individuals who come through our doors are housing and food insecure, single parents to minor children, or bearing the weight of a justice-impacted background. Our no-cost programs offer a way out of the cycle of and up toward a life-changing career.

Structure
The STRIVE Young Professionals Network consists of General Members and a Leadership Committee. As a part of the General Membership you will:
Pledge $25+ monthly through the STRIVE Young Professionals Network to help fund programs and services
Support the Young Professionals Committee in fundraising and brand awareness initiatives for STRIVE
Attend bi-annual meetings with the Young Professionals Committee to build engagement and relationships
May apply to help lead the network through the Young Professionals Committee
The STRIVE Young Professionals Committee
The STRIVE Young Professionals Committee is a group of philanthropic professionals who work together to plan mission driven initiatives, inspire their networks to join the STRIVE Young Professionals General Membership and support annual STRIVE fundraising events to help ensure our students may continue to receive the no-cost trainings, certifications and wraparound services they need to establish a career path. Eligibility to serve on the committee pends 3+ months active participation in the General Membership with vested interest and position availability.
