Together our network of operated sites and licensed partners provide access to STRIVE programming for students across the nation.
Cafe Reconcile New Orleans transforms the lives of young adults and the community through the ministry of reconciliation. It encourages personal growth, provides workforce development and training, promoting entrepreneurship, working with businesses, nonprofits and people of faith to support this transformation, and building strong communities through community economic development. Cafe Reconcile partnered with STRIVE to provide workforce development to justice-impacted young adults.
Career Resources, Inc. provides youth and adults with the skills, resources and support necessary for personal development, economic self-sufficiency and career advancement, and provides planning and staffing resources to the business community in support of workforce development and economic growth. STRIVE services are offered in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven and Waterbury.

Consistent with this mission, our organizational goal is to assist individuals in regaining the personal power needed to benefit their families and communities.
JEVS Human Services enhances individuals' employability, independence and quality of life through a broad range of programs. These programs provide skills development, job readiness and career services, vocational rehabilitation, recovery services, adult and residential day services and in-home personal assistance.
Justice Resource Institute (JRI), is one of the largest human services providers in the Commonwealth in addition to being the most programmatically diverse. Today, JRI has over 100 programs that serve hundreds of clients in residential settings, thousands more in outpatient or community-based services.
Samaritan Ministry of Greater Washington (SMGW) was incorporated in 1986 and has evolved into a collaborative non-sectarian social services provider. In August 2016, SMGW integrated STRIVE DC into its operations. SMGW seeks to empower participants to develop capacities and address barriers they face in order to live sustainable purpose-driven lives, guiding them to set goals, and take “next steps” to meet those goals.
Second Chance carries out its mission by providing workforce readiness training and job placement programs to youth and adults. Second Chance also delivers wrap-around services including transitional housing, behavioral health treatment and financial literacy to help our participants reach self-sufficiency.
