Our holistic and evidence-informed approach is informed by a five-pillar model of career readiness and job-skills training, career coaching, job placement assistance and lifetime support, which extends to the following offerings: 

• Career training programs geared toward students ready for a new start, including people who have been impacted by the justice system and adults who are re-entering the workforce 

• Health and wellness support, including wellness screenings, group meetings and workshops, mental health education and personalized one-on-one support 

• Long-term life and career support after students complete one of our signature programs, so they are equipped to manage life’s challenges and obstacles as they arise
