CAREER PATH

All Career Pathways begin with our signature three-week workshop STRIVE START, which provides the mindset, communication and social coaching people need to land a good job and build a sustainable career. Delivered through a work-simulated environment, STRIVE START focuses on mindset, accountability, personal responsibility, workplace ethics, professional etiquette, and interpersonal skills.

START incorporates financial counseling and financial literacy education to ensure individuals and family are equipped to succeed. To meet the demands of today’s hybrid work culture, START prepares participants for mastery of online work culture including remote interview skills, online meeting etiquette and how to navigate variety of platforms.

STRIVE START is a prerequisite to all STRIVE Career Pathways.
