STRIVE recognizes that women may need specialized supports to break the cycle of poverty and build careers. Intentional programing builds in layers of services for women, who make up 42% of STRIVE students, empowering them to thrive:

In 2020, women graduated from our program with a 94% completion rate. Graduates move on to build careers in healthcare, construction and logistics, fields that provide an opportunity for advancement.
